


Julia Skiba is the lead Female Singer of The Hitz Squad. Julia is a former semi-finalist on the hit show “The Voice”. Julia has been compared to Dua Lipa in her performances. She is comfortable with Rock High Energy songs as well as sultry Ballads. Her performance repertoire fits many different styles from Blues to Rock and anything in between. Julia has been on stages around the world performing in arenas as well as clubs. She recently moved to Myrtle Beach which is her new base of operations.

Christina is our very own “Jersey Girl”. Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Christina made the move to Myrtle Beach in 2025 and has been embracing every opportunity to do what she loves. Christina also runs a successful videography company dedicated to capturing life’s biggest moments.
Music has always been at the center of Christina’s life. She previously served as a worship leader at Beach Church and believes music has a unique way of bringing people together and healing the soul. Whether she’s on stage, in the car, or singing around the house, she’s always surrounded by music—it has been her therapy through every season of life.

Our Lead Guitarist Mike has grown up in the Music business. His Dad was a Professional touring Saxophone player and his Mom was a Singer. He got his first guitar after seeing “The Beatles” and has been playing ever since.
He began his professional career in Austin Texas as a member of the “Senators Of Swing” a touring Jazz band. Mike was a regular stage member of “The Del-Vikings” a legendary Doo-Wop group who’s hit “Come Go With Me” is played regularly on Oldies Radio.
Mike relocated to Myrtle Beach from New Jersey and now serves as Musical Director for “The Hitz Squad”.

Deacon has been playing and singing in the Myrtle Beach area over 20 years. Deacon fronted his own band and has opened for groups like Kansas & The Drifters as well as being a touring member of The Classics IV. Amongst his accomplishments Deacon has also appeared in 2 feature length motion pictures. Besides drumming Deacon is as comfortable singing leads as well as emceeing a crowd.

Jeff is the heartbeat of the band with his Bass playing keeping the groove. His Rhythm & Blues influences are Tommy Shannon, Billy Cox and John Paul Jones. His performance calendar has taken him from Coast To Coast playing in prestigious festivals like Sturgis and Coronafest. He was a regular in “The 69 Band” playing gigs up and down The Grand Strand. We are happy to have him lay it down for “The Hitz Squad”.

Gerard spent the beginning of his career as a music educator. Currently, he is playing professionally on both Trombone and Keys in several different wedding and party bands, plays keyboard, organ, and bass guitar at different churches, and also does solo trombone work. He currently has music (8 originals and 1 mashup cover) on Spotify, Apple, and all other streaming services and YouTube!

With a strong foundation in live music and studio work, Yoshi has contributed to numerous professional recordings, appeared in select music videos, and shared the stage with acclaimed artists—including a performance alongside Grammy-nominated powerhouse Janelle Monáe. Whether performing at intimate gatherings or high-profile events, each performance is tailored to elevate the atmosphere and create a memorable, engaging experience.
